Part VIII. MIME classes and templates

MIME classes and templates use the generic x::headersimpl template to construct a MIME-encoded document. Instantiating either x::headersimpl<x::headersbase::lf_endl> or the x::headersimpl<x::headersbase::crlf_endl> controls whether the entire MIME entity gets created with LF or CRLF newline sequence.
